We are located in Germantown Hills, IL. We offer the Icynene Insulation System®, Fibered Cellulose, and Insul-Tarp Reflective Insulation. We have been in business since 1995. Our founder and owner, Jim McGath has been in the building industry since 1964 and since 1971 specializing in insulated building panels. In 1994 Jim McGath, owner was searching for a product to complement polyurethane foam-filled structural panels. Jim and an associate were watching an episode of "This Old House" when they found what they were looking for. It was The Icynene Insulation System. It did not take long after viewing the Icynene System on television before ATC Insulators became the licensed Icynene dealer in Central Illinois. By June of 1995, ATC was proudly installing the healthier, quieter, and more energy efficient insulation.
